Made to order

Every MADTAG product is made to order. Your order leaves our warehouse within 5–7 working days of being placed. For custom orders that involve a proof or mockup, the 5–7 days starts once you approve your proof.

Delivery

We ship Australia-wide. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Transit time is on top of the make time and varies with the carrier and where you are — metro addresses are typically faster than regional and remote areas.

Large or bulky items (bar fridges, bar tables and the like) travel with a freight carrier and may require someone to be present at delivery — the carrier will contact you to arrange it.

Something wrong on arrival?

If your order arrives damaged, email hi@madtag.com.au within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. See our Refund policy for what happens next — transit damage is always on us, never on you.
