Terms of service

These terms govern your use of madtag.com.au and any order you place with MADTAG ("we", "us"), operated from Queensland, Australia. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

1. Orders

All products are made to order. Your order is an offer to buy; it's accepted when we send an order confirmation. We may cancel and fully refund an order before production starts — for example where an item is listed with an obvious pricing or description error, or where we can't produce the artwork supplied.

2. Pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Shipping is calculated at checkout unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time; the price you pay is the price shown when you order.

3. Custom orders and your artwork

For custom orders (including Wrap Your Own), you warrant that you own the artwork, logos or images you upload, or hold the rights and permissions needed for us to reproduce them on your order. You're responsible for any claim arising from artwork you supply. We may decline artwork at our discretion, including artwork that appears to infringe someone else's rights or that we consider offensive — if we decline after payment, we refund in full.

Where your order includes a proof or mockup, production starts after you approve it. Approved proofs are final: check spelling, sizing and placement carefully. Custom orders can't be returned for change of mind — see our Refund policy.

4. Product appearance

On-screen mockups and photos are a close guide, not an exact promise: colour and finish can vary slightly between screens and printed or wrapped product, and minor variation between items is part of made-to-order production. Significant differences from what you ordered are covered by our Refund policy and the Australian Consumer Law.

5. Returns and shipping

Returns are governed by our Refund policy and delivery by our Shipping policy — both form part of these terms.

6. Intellectual property

The MADTAG name, wordmark, site design and site content are ours or licensed to us. Artwork on our products is used under licence from its owners. Third-party brand names and logos appearing on branded gear remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing on this site grants you a licence to reproduce any of it.

7. Australian Consumer Law and liability

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under law that cannot be excluded. Beyond what the law requires, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited, at our election, to resupplying the goods or refunding the amount you paid, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8. The site

We work to keep the site accurate and available but don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. We may update, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
